We will not ask for personal information until/unless we agree to print your artwork. The information is collected for commission payments ( If you are a United States resident and will earn at least $600 in commissions from our Artist Programs by the end of the year, you must send us a completed W-9 form. To download a copy of the W-9 form, please go to the Internal Revenue Service Website and mail it to The PressMobil 2004 Van Wert Street Greensboro, NC 27403. ) and in order for you to access certain services that we offer via the Website, we require you to provide us with certain information that personally identifies you ("Personal Information"). Personal Information includes the following categories of information: 1. Contact Data (such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address); 2. Demographic Data (such as your gender, age, occupation, location, and marital status); 3. Profile Data (such as your Member name, interests, and content uploaded by you to The PressMobil such as photographs, video and audio files which may also contain your personal information and likeness. If you communicate with us by e-mail, use any of the The PressMobil communication tools such as instant messaging, and video chat, or post messages to any of our chat groups, bulletin boards, or forums, or otherwise complete on line forms, surveys, or contest entries, any information provided in such communication may be collected as Personal Information
Use and Sharing of Information
(a) The PressMobil Use of Information. We use Contact Data to send you information about our Company or our products or services, promotional material, or to contact you when necessary. We use your Demographic and Profile Data to customize and tailor your experience on the Website and/or services, displaying content that we think you might be interested in and according to your preferences.
(b) Sharing of Traffic Data. We may share aggregate Traffic Data with third parties.
(c) Sharing of Personal Information. We may share Demographic Data with advertisers and other third parties only on an aggregate (i.e., non-personally-identifiable) basis. We may share Contact Data with our affiliate companies who may want to send you information about their products or services. We share Contact Data with our business partners who assist us by performing core services (such as hosting, data storage and security) related to our operation of the Website. Those business partners uphold the same standards of confidentiality that we have promised to you in this Privacy Policy, and they will only use your Contact Data and other Personal Information to carry out their specific business obligations to The PressMobil.
(d) Other Uses of Data. We may provide Traffic Data and Personal Information in response to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims, and we reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement investigations by providing traffic data and personal information to law enforcement officials without requiring a subpoena or court order in certain situations.
(e) User Choice Regarding Collection, Use, and Distribution of Personal Information. You may choose not to provide us with any Personal Information. In such an event, you will not be able to complete our Membership registration, or access and use those portions of the Website that require your Personal Information.
Shipping & Delivery / Returns & Exchange
In-stock orders are typically delivered within 7-14 business days.
Returns and Cancellations
Authorized returns and exchanges on unused products must be made within 7 days after Customer’s receipt of merchandise. Customer will receive an exchange or credit which ever they prefer. All returns and exchanges will be subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to freight and COD charges. Seller’s written authorization must accompany all returned merchandise. Shipping, insurance, and handling charges are not refundable. Returns should be shipped insured, as The PressMobil assumes no liability for lost or damaged return shipments. Save your tracking numbers, as they can prove invaluable if your return is lost in transit to us. Your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid.
All products must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging. DO NOT DISCARD ANY PACKAGING OR INVOICES UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED.
No order can be cancelled once it has been entered into production. Customer will be responsible for all freight and shipping charges on items returned that are not the result of Seller’s error. All sales are final on discontinued and/or overstock items; Seller will not accept returns on these items under any circumstance.
